Building Success Through Partnership with KIPP OKC

Strong partnerships create stronger outcomes for students.

That's exactly why Freedom City and KIPP OKC College Prep have worked side by side to support children and families in North Oklahoma City.

For Ashley Randle, District Director of Operations at KIPP OKC College Prep, partnering with Freedom City was a natural fit.

"Freedom City already works with so many of the KIPP OKC families that a partnership made sense and was a seamless transition," Ashley shared.

Because Freedom City serves many of the same students beyond the school day, the partnership extends learning, encouragement, and support long after the final bell rings.

"Freedom City is unique in that they work with our same children, so our partnership is able to be stronger than with other after-school programs," Ashley explained.

Together, our organizations are able to provide students with consistent academic support, caring relationships, and opportunities to continue learning in a safe, structured environment.

Ashley also believes partnerships create something even bigger than individual programs.

"They build community and are able to pull together more resources to assist families."
